Carla's management as a landlord raises significant concerns. She demonstrates a lack of urgency in addressing tenant issues and fails to communicate effectively when maintenance problems arise. For instance, when I reported a malfunction with the washer and dryer, she merely suggested that I contact “WASH” ( the company the washers and dryers are manufactured by) myself, rather than addressing the issue directly or providing an “out of order” sign.

Additionally, a flickering light post in the complex has remained unaddressed for months, which poses a potential risk for individuals with epilepsy.

While the apartment itself is well-maintained, I have experienced security concerns, including a car break-in, as one of the parking lots is not gated. There also appears to be an increased presence of individuals loitering in the parking areas, contributing to an unsettling environment.

I am glad i am out of this apartment. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived. The apartment complex is so old and the walls are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbor does, i.e. walk, shower , pee (yes you will hear everything), We were in second floor and the neighbor downstairs would always complain that he can hear us walk and they would get mad even when my son would crawl and play at 7 in the evening. We can hear our neighbors upstairs too but we do understand that its because of the old building. My management is okay, The manager Carla is nice when you talk to her but she is never in the office. You will have to leave message every time you call. When you go in the office most of the time there will be sign "be back", once or twice you would understand but you will see most of the time. Regarding maintenance, since the apartment complex is so old somethings needs to be fix or will break often. The maintenance service used to be good and fast but later i think they reduced the people working or something it took one time two weeks for them to fix what i had requested. I had to call multiple times and request them its urgent. The manager would just say she doesn't know when or how long it would take to fix it she would just say that she has placed the work order that's it. I think if you are a manager and if you are managing the property, you are responsible and you should know what is going on and when things will be fixed. the only good thing is the apartment complex is secure because it is gated and you will need to open the door in multiple place before you enter the apartment but downside of this the package delivery guys would have to call and you will have to open the door every time you have package delivery.

Potential Renters BEWARE, these are the facts (You are fairly warned and if you still move here after reading this...then your are just plain STUPID...because I read the reviews on YELP and I am STUPID for not believing what I read!!! Rent any apartment here at your own FINANCIAL AND MENTAL RISK...You will be subjected to #1 Thin walls (able to hear people going to the bathroom, talking, snoring, yelling, partying at all hours-and there is a lease to sign for noise control...PLAN TO FOLLOW IT!)#2 bottom units will suffer the most as they hear everything from dusk til dawn (I MEAN EVERYTHING-YOU WILL NOT SLEEP) #3 There is NO VISITOR parking and no parking on the street (you get 2 spaces-no OPEN PARKING AS ADVERTISED) and you will be towed at your own expense if you visitor park OVER-NITE to the tune of $495.00 #4 The dogs here are very loud and vicious, so don't bring children or babies (as it is very very risky walking through here when any dog is out, they fight with each other and make it uncomfortable to walk through just to take out the trash! #6 WHEN and if your car is damaged on the property (in the parking lots) Felson Properties feels they are not responsible for any damage on THEIR PROPERTY-they will tell you to call your insurance company and pay your own deductible (my car has been damaged twice-once by adjoining apartment building while parked on the lot at Creekside Terrace and once in the parking lot of Creekside Terrace) which I had to pay my deductible to repair my car #8 Management is available on appointments only, if you have a need to speak with her...make sure it is a good day for her otherwise...KEEP WALKING! If you still are desperate enough to move here and simply have no other choice, good luck, stay away from apartment #10 (until January 2019) as there is a day care below and will not tolerate NOISE!!! Plan to be quiet, plan to walk softly, plan to follow your quiet rules on your lease...or DON'T PLAN TO LIVE HERE!!!:(

Creekside has an intimate setting. The grounds are well kept. If one communicates with Carla, she will definitely work with you to accommodate you!

Unprofessional. Had a tour scheduled. They did not come to the appointment. Didn't cancel and said they had a medical emergency... Blamed the system and said I need to roll with it. Unprofessional is the word that comes to mind. Dodged a bullet
