The company handled my property all the way from the eviction which was started by the previous property manager all the way to the sale of the property a couple of months later. I don't know if people are aware but Murray RE does have property management available. I live in Tiburon and did not have to travel there. Everything was handled extremely well and I got top dollar for the property. Jennifer Gould was my agent and Jenny Winters managed the property while the work was being done and during escrow. They were terrific but so was everyone else, including the contractors and the escrow company.

Do not let Gumaro Vasquez off the hook. We understand that paying out-of-pocket costs were necessary to remedy issues that arose after purchasing a home. But not this far, and I've shared our concerns with the agent, who also happens to be the seller, since the beginning. The house is a significant investment, and even though we didn't find anything suspicious about it during the walk-through, we now see it as a contract breach AND a warranty breach. So much repairs were in need that included damaged doors and moldings, ALL keys needed to be replaced because none of them worked properly, concealed water damage (which thankfully the City of Riverside took care of!), obsolete wiring, subpar roofing and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues that necessitated hiring professionals, not to mention other issues that were not disclosed. This is an excellent example of negligence or reckless misrepresentation, as well as a blatant indication of a conflict of interest as a seller and agent. The house wasn't as spic and span as promised. Smells of chewed wood and pee were observed throughout the area, and Gumaro's claim of thorough cleaning was deceptive! Other than to say that we continue to hold Gumaro accountable, I'm at a loss for words. He simply shrugged it aside and moved on.
