We worked with Houtan Hormozian for our new home purchase financing and it was a very smooth process. Houtan was totally on top of everything and made sure we were too! I was shopping around for the best possible home loan lender or broker several months before the purchase of the property, I needed the loan to close fast after the offer was accepted, and I wanted the best rate and terms possible. I called many lenders, and was impressed with Houtan’s calm and thorough answers to all my questions, I liked the fact that he never tried to agree with me just so I could like him, his job is to educate and give me the options available and for me to pick and he did it perfectly, I had actually told Houtan that I had decided on another lender, and he was very understanding. When things did not work out with the other lender I called Houtan. We closed the loan in 25 days with a great rate, and better terms then he had quoted since market had gotten better! When I informed my Agent and Escrow that I am changing my loan officer and company and that Houtan was going to be my loan officer they both mentioned that I was in good hands to be working with Houtan, and that they had always liked working with him. During the loan process we needed to modify the purchase agreement and Houtan facilitated this with ease. Houtan is very patient, and seems to really care about her clients' interests. I recommend him with confidence.

Looking for a home loan sounds like a nightmare but i was lucky enough to be referred to Houtan through a friend of mine who had gotten his mortgage from Crestico Funding.

My daughter the best experience with Crestico Funding.
