25 years ago when I went into Pete's store on River street and asked if he had a place as I was homeless without ANY money down except $100 I had he trusted me and helped place my 3 year old daughter and myself in a 1 bedroom apartment and let me pay along until I was current.
Today 25 years later I still rent off Pete and would recommend him to anyone that's looking for a fair landlord who isn't a nag and doesn't have a ton of ridiculous rules!

I have rented from Pete Cross 3 times, and messed up really bad the first 2, but Pete still gave me a chance. He rented me and my daughter a tiny 1 bedroom to see how I did. I laid my rent, took care of my place, and Pete offered me one oc his nicest apartments, which I am in love with. I even ask him if I could buy it and he said to get approved for a mortgage. He is so good to us. When we have an issue it's taken care of same day. He is a great guy with a big heart. I hate to think where we would be without him. He gave me a 3rd chance when most landlords wouldn't give me a 1st chance. 5 stars!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He just has a lot of properties. Great landlord! Very happy!

Fyi....Fyi town does not allow large high rise apartment buildings.
The picture I'm sure is just an advertisement....
