Been there in march to meet my cousin. Itโ€™s a place where he lives and my first time going to US. The community is big and clean but the club house was not easy to get in. The door seemed to get locked in the business hour. I could get in only with the residents help to open the door from inside. Overall an unforgettable experience.

The grounds here are beautiful and extremely well maintained. There is lush greenery all over and well paved paths for walking and driving. Some of the units are quite nice though others seem to be somewhat dated. Still, entry level pricing makes this one of the few "affordable" places in an extremely expensive area and it is surprisingly nice for a complex that isn't totally price prohibitive.

Our family has lived in the condos for a while. It used to be a quiet and relaxed place. In the last years it's been more stressful. There is a lot of trash and some rats due to people leaving trash in garage areas. The elevator being out over the holidays and the club house that burned down was a huge bummer. They Never compensate for reduction in services. Parking is a nightmare with people who work for uber/lift etc taking spaces. Loud tenants if you live under people. The buildings are not sound proof and you can hear everything from outside to the people walking in the hall. People sometimes take over every washer in the washing machine area for hours. There is a far amount of trash in the gardens now and left over construction stuff. The best part is the security guards, and the beautiful trees. It takes a long time to get things fixed and the garages get flooded at times and the plumbing is old and can be a challenge. But, our family has to stick it out as there are few options.... So, we deal.

For the most part, I enjoy living here even though most things are outdated, all the hallway lighting makes me feel like Iโ€™m going to get murdered, and the lack of parking after 4:30 pm ensures I canโ€™t leave/arrive to my apartment after that time. One thing I will say, is that because of the parking situation, I rely heavily on the shuttle service, which was pretty reliable up until the last few months. The bus occasionally breaks down, and there is no way to notify passengers who are stranded at BART or the apartment pickup points. Recently, there has been one bus driver in particular who is just extremely slow, and has made me miss my train more often than I make it, making me late for work. All of these inconveniences will definitely push me to move by the end of the year.

I used to live here for 5 years, and moved to another apartment in this same one during that. There are two pools, one is fully outside which is mostly dirty with leaves and other stuff. Which makes you wonder where the cleaning people are. The parking is a HUGE problem; itโ€™s hard to invite people. The hallways are sometimes smelly and the neighbors are eccentric. There are three courts, a basketball court, and two tennis courts. All three look like they are DYING. Not because of the people, but because theyโ€™re old.

Nice place. I lived there for four years. Unfortunately the parking is a huge problem like everywhere un San Francisco.

Great area but limited parking and the roads are too bumpy. Recycling should be easy to do here.
