We rented snowmobiles from Crown Jewel Rentals, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the experience was, thanks to their outstanding customer service. From the moment we reached out, they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect day on the snow.

They provided us with top-notch gear, including ski bibs, goggles, and gloves—everything we could have ever needed to stay warm and comfortable. The snowmobiles were in excellent condition, and they took the time to walk us through how to use them safely, which made us feel confident and prepared.

What truly stood out was their attention to detail and dedication to making our experience seamless. No request was too big or small, and they made sure we were fully equipped for a fun and worry-free adventure. It’s rare to find a rental company that combines such high-quality equipment with such exceptional customer service.

We took out the first boat of the season and were able to grab the Lowe 12 man pontoon for my sons 13th birthday. Shiloh and Jordan met us at Indian Creek Boat Launch and were very professional and easy to conduct business with. Did a visual inspection walk through to ensure no issues, we had a full tank, and then launched our boat and had it ready on the dock for easy loading all in a timely manner. The boat was in great shape and had zero issues on the water with it. It's a memory my sons and their friends will have forever, and we couldn't be appreciative enough of their hospitality and service. We ended up cutting our time a little shorter than what was expected (by about 1.5 hours), and they had no problem meeting us immediately. Overall, they get 5 stars rating from us. I am looking forward to being their client again.

We rented multiple snowmobiles for a group of us a couple weeks ago. We had the BEST time. We hit a couple snags but the crew at Crown Jewel was quick to act and straightened everything out. I felt like everything was covered from pick up to drop off. We had a great time and will be recommending them to everyone we know!

We rented a large tritoon with 150 hp engine we had 11 people in our party. The boat was ready on time. It was an absolute blast, Priest lake is absolutely gorgeous. Verizon wireless worked fine on the lake so it was easy to navigate where you were. The staff was very friendly, helping me with every question I had explaining things multiple times. I am from Ohio so I had lots of questions and called and emailed several times. They always got back with me. We’re very friendly and exceeded my expectations on staff attentiveness. They did not make us wait at all in fact, we were late getting there for The start of our day and no one even mentioned it. Would highly recommend it was a great part of our trip to Idaho And you couldn’t ask for a friendly staff.

If you want to rent a boat on priest lake crown jewel rentals is the place to go! They have an amazing selection of boats to choose from from pontoons to wake surfers. We rented the Sea Ray. It was the perfect boat for our family and made our experience on Priest Lake one that will never forget.

We’ve rented boats and jet ski’s about 3-4 time from them now - and they are by far the best rental team on Priest Lake! The quality and condition of their water vehicles are top condition too.
Liz and the family are so very nice and they deliver an incredible service every time!

Awesome Company! Rented a couple snowmobiles with a buddy. Sleds were fairly new! Had a great time. Wife ended up launching one of the sleds off of the trail and we couldn’t recover it. Got back to civilization and called Shiloh. Shiloh was incredibly understanding and picked us up and the one remaining sled.

A very reasonable recovery fee was charged to retrieve the sled.

Would rent from again! Just would not let the wife drive.

We absolutely loved everything about our rental experience. We have rented from several different companies in the area and Crown Jewel is the most affordable and kind! Rented the Avalon pontoon and had a blast, no issues at all. Can’t wait to rent again.
