I own a property next to a property that this company manages. I have been trying to get permission to take a tree down that covers my drive way and leaves sap all over our cars. I got in touch with Alex who supposedly manages the property I live next to, I sent him pictures of the tree I wanted to take down, and was told he would get in contact with the owner. I checked up after week one and was told that the owner is out of country and his response times are delayed, okay cool, no problem, fast forward to now, it has been over a month and a half, I am having a hard time believing that alex hasn’t been able to get in touch with the owner. So I called 3 days ago to talk with the person who over looks the property managers. Apparently that person was not in that day. Currently I am still waiting for a call back.

My husband and I have been with Crown Properties for 4 years now. We went from one of their properties and upgraded to another. Rehla has always taken such good care of us! Quick to respond and fix any issues. We have never had a problem and we’re so thankful for the ease of the move in and the transfer processes!

Horrible property managers. I wish I could give them no stars.
Rented for 3 and a half years and given 20 days to vacate with the excuse, "owner wants to move in."
In those 3 years we were treated badly. Repairs went for months without any assistance. Son went 8 months with no light in his room (wiring issue). We had cupboards needing doors fixed and refrigerator with no handle.
Once we left we never got our deposit back. We actually had to pay. We left the home in move in ready conditions. No holes, no stains, no rips...etc
I will never ever rent from Bill or Rehla again.
Stay away if you want a good renting experience.

So helpful and kind!❤️ Rented from them for over 7 years and never had any troubles. They are always fast to respond and repair things when needed. Always gave a proper and timely notice for upcoming building inspections/repairs etc. I would definatly recommend them to anyone. Thanks you guys for all the time, support and effort!

All I have to say about living at 615 128th st. S. this is your worning for the next person that moves in. You must love 💕 very rude next door neighbors party music because 609 next to this place doesn't care to turn it down when asked. This place has no sound proofing so take care if you can't Handel loud music to were it hurts your ears and your head then don't say I don't worn you. Take care of your health first. Best wishes at finding your self a place that's best for you. We lived here for over three years I lost part of my hearing in my right ear do to them. If you have a problume take them to court. The cops want come out at all.

Very amazing staff. I have had trouble getting out of the house due to unexpected circumstances and they have been extremely understanding. Renee is my property manager and she has always been very up front and friendly through the 3 years of my stay. I would highly recommend them for people looking for nice, affordable properties to rent in the area. Thank you again Renee. Sorry again about all the problems.

Absolutely, shockingly terrible. Our house got run into the ground by renters breaking every term of the lease and neighbors state that the property manager was only here several times in 5 years. Chain smoking inside, renting rooms to multiple family members, ruined paint/blinds/walls/floors etc. No respect for our property. And lies about the renter being a single guy with a kid talking great care of the inside of the house. Not true. Neighbors say people were coming and going and parking all over the lawn. Took advantage of my family living out of state. Do not trust this company.
