Words alone can not express how satisfied I am with the services that Tiffany has provided. With in the last hundred days Tiffany has negotiated and sold my property for over asking price. Tiffany then used her knowledge of the current real estate market and managed to negotiated the purchase my new property for below asking price. Due to the property being acreage she was instrumental in ensuring that all environmental issues were addressed and met current standards.

Tiffany is the best there is as a Real Estate Agent. Picture your crawlspace suddenly filling with water as you are considering relisting your home with a new agent. We had fired our initial agent, as she was not meeting our expectations after many weeks of having our home on the market and began interviewing many other agents. Tiffany stood out from the rest. She recognized the crawlspace issue on her inspection of the home and brought it to our attention. She didn’t just sit by and wait until we got the problem handled. She told us she had contacts and contacted them on our behalf. In the pouring rain they were there the same day and worked that day and into the next day restoring our crawl space. They dug and installed French drains, removed and replaced wet insulation and underlayment in a professional, efficient and cost-effective manner. It could have been so much worse, but never had the chance to reach that point. We listed with Tiffany and a week and a half later had people locked in for a sale; mind you we had been on the market recently for the past month and had little to no activity at all. Potential issues never had the opportunity to become problems with Tiffany’s proactive approach. That is why I love and why I trust her so much. She has incredible foresight and approaches from all angles. She has real estate law embedded in everything she does. She protected us completely through a sale that was 25k over list even after our home had aged on the market with the prior listing agent. When Tiffany told me “I’ve got your back,” I was surprised that didn’t make me paranoid; this actually calmed me down and I believed it, because she had shown it was true.

We also engaged Tiffany’s services to assist us in finding our new home during the height of restrictions with Covid. Imagine finding out you can’t go look at homes in the middle of your search for a new home and the sale of your existing home. Tiffany had contractually arranged for us to be able to rent back our existing home to allow enough time for us to find the right home and close on our purchase. And while all the interesting things were happening with the sale, she calls me one day and tells me “I’ve found your new home!” She was more excited than I was, as we had been looking and nothing had been right. I couldn’t believe it when I saw the house! I fell in love with the house and we bought it.

Tiffany explains everything as she goes along. We had the opportunity to watch her in a meeting we had with an experienced developer that was interested in buying our existing home. She was so far ahead of him in his own game. She advocated for us and exposed the risks his ideas would present for us. Her negotiation skills are right in line with her clients needs and wishes and in their favor. The biggest part of all if this this that Tiffany absolutely loves her job. All of our thank yous have only been met by “I appreciate you and the opportunity to assist you.” This is only a small portion of the things she has done to assist us with our sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. I could go on and on about all of the positives. I’d use her every time and recommend her to friends and family.
