I am so impressed with every little touch of the house and really appreciate the binder with all of the information as well as the left over paint and flooring. I’ve bought 7 houses in my life and this is by far the most thought out, attention to detail and quality. Something I didn’t expect from a flip, down to every knob and seam. I have had the pleasure of representing buyers on multiple sales of homes remodeled by CT Homes, LLC. I have complete confidence in the work they do because not only is it done well, they also offer a warranty on their work for three years. During the inspection process, they have their project manager present to take notes on anything that might need to be addressed and to also offer any explanation of repairs completed. Furthermore, CT Homes leaves a Home Buyer's Guide at the home which is a binder of explanations of repairs completed, colored photos of the repairs (some taken before drywall is installed which is great to have!) as well as details such as paint colors they used, etc. Their seller disclosures are far more detailed than any other rehab company I have come across. The entire sales team is great to communicate with. If you are an agent or a buyer considering a home rehabbed by CT Homes, I would highly recommend it! There is no other home seller that I have come across that stands behind their properties the way this company does.
