I want thank Anna and Kim, 2 of the leasing managers at Cummings. I can’t imagine finding agents who could be more helpful and willing to assist when it comes to finding a residence! My wife and I had been searching for months and after visiting their office the 1st time, we were assured that we would have a place soon! This message doesn’t even begin to express the gratitude I have for these ladies! If you’re seeking a place to live in the Madison county, Huntsville area, I’d highly recommend stopping in and speaking with the ladies at Cummings realty first!!

Love Love Love everyone that works here. From Michelle to the maintenance team and everyone in between. Kim and Anna are absolutely amazing. They have one thing that others seem to lack when it comes to renting and that’s a heart. They don’t act like they never hit hard times they don’t act as if they’re better than others they always respect me and I them. I absolutely and wholeheartedly appreciate them for all that they do. So thank you ladies for showing humanity in this day and time when that is the hardest thing to find nowadays. As a single mother to a 17 year older I’m so grateful that it was you all that gave me a chance to just be able to live. YOU ALL ARE APPRECIATED!

I Love this company , I know most people has things to say about them . But I would like to say they have done nothing but helped me my whole rental process , as well as check in too see if everything is going well . I haven’t had any problems in my apartment , only small things . They haven’t hesitated to get those problems taken care of same for the next business Day ! These women are excellent and I’m definitely giving Ms.Anna & MS.Kim their flowers , they are amazing

This is by far the absolute worst person to rent from! If you need a roof over your head and is desperate then go for it because she lets ANYONE move in. The apt are infested and she does absolutely nothing about it. If you need something fixed don’t hold your breath!!! Some have been without A/C for years. Once your lease is up your rent jumps up to a ridiculous price without a notice. And once you’re in a hole you not getting out. She has implemented a fee for literally EVERYTHING and let’s not talk about the DAILY late fee. She feels superior to all and feels she can talk to her tenants any kind of way! We had absolutely no where to dump our trash for 2 weeks because the city wouldn’t come dump our dumpster and were later replaced with 4 trash cans. I’ve cleaned multiple houses and apts to know that they are all infested. If I could upload videos I would. So much more to say but all in all RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I was hesitant to rent from Cummings Real Estate based off the reviews. However, I needed to move and everything affordable was getting snatched up. I was approved in a timely manner. After receiving my keys, I contacted Michelle about some issues, and she addressed them immediately. I was quite pleased, but still worried that once I moved I would not get my deposit back. I have since moved 2 years later, and I did get my deposit back. I appreciate never being bothered, and that my experience wasn’t what some have reviewed.

I received very warm and helpful assistance from the receptionist to the ladies giving me advice and suggestions, all the way to sweet lady in the back office…
