I moved out of my apartment in 2020. Almost 3 years later, Cushman & Wakefield start emailing, on almost a daily, about an outstanding balance on my account. I never got a bill or invoice for this charge.

I never lived in a Cushman and Wakefield owned building, so this seemed like a scam. I did a little investigating, and found out they bought the company that I use to rent from. Now they trying to collect a $30 balance from me that is at least 3 years old. One thatI never got a bill or invoice for?

OK, fine i guess, its only $30. So try to pay online through link they sent, have to make a profile first. After making profile, there is no way to actually pay balance through the website, just a notice of a balance. So emailed them, receive a delayed automated response saying my file has been noted. Continue getting balance due email, almost daily. Call the number in the email, can't get to real person, have to leave voicemail.

If this is the way this company is run and operates, I would avoid them like the plague.

Awful management company. Rented at Collage Apartments in Fremont, and absolutely infuriating experience with the manager Shelby there. Lived there over a year, and so many maintenance issues and other things that were never addressed. Management was never on site, and when they were, kept the door closed or were smoking in the parking garage. They do not answer calls or respond to emails. They also took most of my security deposit without an invoice or an explanation whatsoever, and I left is absolutely pristine. DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY MAINTAINED BY THIS COMPANY.

I’ve had a very positive experience with my property manager Angelica Suarez from Cushman & Wakefield while living at Inspire Fremont. She is thoughtful, thorough, and highly responsive. She is always available for questions, very accommodating and patient with special requests, and has handled unforeseen hurdles quickly and efficiently. Overall, it’s been a pleasure working with Angelica - I’m very grateful she’s managing this property!

Also, Doris was very heartfelt and helpful to me during move-in. When I experience great service I really like to pass it along - a big thank you to both of these ladies!

These guys are the reason why inequality is at an all-time high. If you want someone to blame for all the "inflation", blame these ghouls. Whenever a restaurant you like closes down because of a rent increase, think of these people.

I've been making an attempt to get a hold of these people and nothing for weeks. I recieved a letter stating I would be getting a check and nothing. I've been moved out for over a month and a half. Their lack of communication is beyond me.

I reported that my elderly friend at the Cushman & Wakefield property, Rubix, was without a working washing machine. Management replied and asked me to complete a customer service request. I did. My friend STILL doesn't have a washing machine. Cushman & Wakefield is a slumlord! Their property managers are totally ineffective. It's time for a class action suit!
