Triple play, "hat trick" by the Customer Realty and Customer Results Property Magement team: We had to give up our 2 BR, 2 1/2 BA, 1600 sf 2-level condo and move into a place that would better accommodate my wife's declining mobility resulting from a rather sudden, movement impairing illness. We were impressed by the diligent rental listing and management services provided by them to the owner of the place we found to rent, whose owner is now outside the country. We asked for their help and were very pleased to be able to retain their services to 1) promptly, within a few days during the quiet Christmas season) find a renter for our vacated condo after having unsuccessfully listed it for over a month through another realtor; 2) attend to the showing, move-in and management of our vacated condo; and provide the most contentious care and management of our needs as we moved into the apartment where we are now living. This has been thee best realty AND property management service we have ever experienced.
