CYC signed a contract on behalf of the association in Dec. 2024 for a boiler after CYC reviewed the condo docs and stated it's an association problem and financial expense. Now CYC is stating I have to pay $11K. It's retaliatory and clearly a failure to do their due diligence. CYC is sexist, disorganized, and demanding. Mike Bushee is arrogant.

Avoid CYC like COVID-19 unless you are interested in empty promises such as no monthly reports; sexism; failure to proactively handle snowy steps and stoops; threats to tie up the association in court; threats to usurp Board Members for non-profane vocabulary; failure to properly advise regarding insurance vs. court/attorneys for 18 months then blame the current Board for a 5 year problem; failure to respond to repeated questions such as did CYC reach a specific person and well, you get the gist.

Very poor communication and not willing to provide a solution for their own flawed HOA parking set up. Ignored my phone call all day, finally put me on hold just to hang up. I call back and Todd answers with attitude and disrespect in his voice, I highly recommend avoiding these people at all costs.

This is the worst “management” company I’ve ever experienced. They simply watch board members fail at their duties and then implement higher HOA fees to cover the issues. Numerous issues have been brought to their attention and they don’t take action. The issue gets worse and then there’s no accountability. HOAs are a joke because of mismanagement by companies like this.

Where do I even begin…..
If I could give this company 0 stars I would.
CYC merged with our previous property management several months ago and ever since it has been a disaster. Several issues including:

1. Very late owner distributions
2. Poor communication and follow up. I have asked for call backs on several occasions and haven’t received one in over 2 weeks.
3. The staff at the office offer no solutions and even hung up on me.

As a property owner I gave my trust to this company to take care of my hard earned property. Stay far far away CYC.

Requests, gv ridiculous excuses, and denied me any contact info other than he.Condescending, unprofessional. I'm appalled at his behavior, no regard to rules, regulations, or owners concerns. Raised fees multiple times in short periods. never touched our bldg., except one cheap coat of paint on half a wall. Sore eye.

Hasn’t done anything to help our issues. He sent a painter to paint our bathroom ceiling after a leak from upstairs toilet, I called him back a second time to fix painting and still looks awful. Obviously not a professional painter. We have frequent water build up in our yard he refuses to address. Tree roots sticking up ( a hazard) he told us to use the sidewalk! I guess you have to buy in the front of buildings if you want your yard taken care of. Wish I knew that before moving in. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Led by Michael Bushee…CYC provides great service to our HOA. Always responsive, thorough, patient and concerned. Issues are quickly resolved, bid process for subcontractors efficient. In addition to Mike, special kudos to Bill and Mike on the maintenance and repair side…I have perfect faith in their work. Strongly recommend this terrific team.

CYC is a joke. I paid my HOA dues in July 2023 and they still send me notices saying I haven't paid. I provided a copy of the check that was deposited by them and still not resolved. Yesterday I received a demand letter! I communicated multiple times with Joe V. and he said it was going to be "researched". This has been going on Since August 2023. Extremely unprofessional people!
