Allyson was so helpful with the application and viewing process for us! She made everything very easy, was quick to respond and answer all the questions we had. I would definitely recommend cypress to anyone looking and having nothing but nice things to say about the agents there:)

I wanted to express my gratitude to Allyson, Mike & Rob. Especially to Allyson & Mike since I don’t know Rob very well but is a good worker. Whenever I have an issue I contact Allyson who contacts Mike & within a day or two the issue is resolved. I must say it is so great to see the tremendous pride Allyson & Mike take in their jobs. They work hard are always pleasant & helpful. Cypress should be extremely grateful having these
2 people as employees. I had an issue with the laundry today & the problem has been addressed & is in the process of being repaired thank to the quick response from Allyson & Mike. You guys are the best! I can’t thank you enough for your hard work & dedication. I know you don’t hear it enough so here it is Great job & thank you!!!!

I have been living here a little under 3 years and it’s been the most pleasent experience. Neighbors are kind and friendly , the location is amazing , train station (Fairfield Metro), grocery store (Whole Foods, BJ’s, Food Bazaar) all under 2 miles of the apartment complex.

Allison and Mike provide great service , they are prompt and efficient with any needs or questions you may have pertaining to anything regarding the building or your apartment. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else

After living here for two years I can confidently give 5 stars. Naturally issues will arise, but Michael (maintenance) was very quick to resolve any issues with a friendly and positive attitude. Honestly, the five stars is because of him. Tenants are kind and I was concerned with packages in the entry way but never had a problem. It is very well lit at night so you can feel safe walking to and from your car. A huge plus for me was during the snowy months Cypress had a plow truck come through the parking lot, obviously you shovel your own vehicle. Many community events in black rock/ walking distance.

I lived here for 2 years and overall it's a decent place. The downside is there are indeed mice issues. Many times I was woken up in the middle of the night from mice scratching in the walls. But I saw the Terminix van in the parking lot often so they are trying to do something about it at least. It's a pretty quiet place, and it's nice that it's walking distance to St. Mary's by the sea. I left because rent kept increasing each year (4.3% the first year, then 5.7% the next). There was always at least 1 washing machine out of order, sometimes 2-3.

The tenants and property manager are very nice in This facility. I don't live get but I went to view it and heard great things from about three different renters. They all said it was quiet, safe and repairs were always completed promptly. They offered to show me a room when the manager hadnt yet responded. They were so nice and helpful!
