I was renting a house in Monroe that had been under a different management group and it was often difficult to get a hold of them. Becky's group ended up taking over the management of the rental I was in, and it was so easy to contact her and received a quick response every time. She was very personable and when/if there was ever an issue that needed repair, her group was quickly on it.

Becky also communicated with the property owner to help us (the tenant and the property owner) find a compromise to help compensate us for all the work that we did on the property, that was NOT part of our contract to be done, but needed to be done nonetheless. We, the tenant and property owner were able to both benefit from her negotiations.

The property owner decided to sell and Becky fought to get us 60 days instead of just 30 (the legal amount required). She even helped us try finding another rental/purchase (sent us listings of purchase options/rentals) even though she knew she wouldn't make anything from it because I was already working with someone else (family friend).

Becky even checked up on us after moving, to make sure the move went well.

I would recommend Becky and her group to anyone whether you need to purchase, sell, rent (owner/tenant)!!!
