We are truly blessed to have Dallas as our real estate agent. We spent the past 8 years renting and knew we needed to make a change but we were always nervous about the prospect of buying a home. Dallas is a fantastic realtor!! I had actually met him at another location when we were looking for houses in the Big Bear Lake (BBL) area over 2 years ago. He happened to be showing the same house to someone else and he had showed up early. We had a different realtor at the time and just chatted with him briefly before our agent showed up. He was friendly and engaged and I immediately got a positive impression. Things didn't work out with our realtor at the time and we moved on to look at different markets, but when the time came to start looking again at BBL area, Dallas was my first call as I had kept his card close by for that purpose. It was one of the best decisions I have made. Dallas was careful to listen to our needs and immediately went to work trying to find a perfect fit for us. When we found the place we ended up buying through his provided lists per our request parameters and constant checking (beyond the price points we had asked him to look for as we were getting excited) we called Dallas and he immediately jumped on the process and got us into bidding. It was a rough process due to factors outside of his control, but he hung in there tight with us and kept pushing until we ultimately secured the house we wanted (for LESS than our original offer when it all panned out). Dallas is so easy to work with. Don't be fooled by his laid back demeanor as that makes it a smooth ride in the real estate race but he is a shark when it comes to negotiations and he got us everything we needed to close the deal. His timing was awesome and he knew exactly what to do along the way. He then went beyond that to make sure we were connected with excellent local resources for work on the home, etc. after closing. I highly recommend Dallas to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and we will for sure be going to him first and foremost for any future real estate needs we have in any area he is able to cover. Thanks Dallas. You rock and we are forever grateful for all your hard work and perserverance to meet our needs!!
