Please take my advice and RUN to another agency - you will save yourself thousands of dollars and stress that no amount of money can compensate for. I worked with Beth Nagy at Dalmon Property Management to rent my home. Worst experience EVER. I can’t believe that a business could be run so unprofessionally and unethically. Ms. Nagy executed a year-long lease with tenants for my property without my knowledge, consent or authorization. Then, she refused to adhere to an agreement to make amends for her error, hired an attorney and refused to pay. Finally, she charged me for repairs I did not authorize.

Worst experience in my life dealing with this company. I was unaware that a business could be ran so poorly until I had the poor misfortune of dealing with dalmon properties. I'd urge anyone looking to rent in the Marin county area to avoid giving these people your business.
