It's been over a year since I last raised concerns about working with Daly Partners. Unfortunately, nothing has changed in the past 12+ months - 7 years in and still no sale of the property and zero distributions to investors. The team bungled significant returns during a sale 4+ years ago (again, my opinion based on the info shared) and continue to blame macro issues for the lack of distributions. As someone who has invested in remodels, new builds, was part owner on the construction of a boutique hotel, etc, this is by far the worst real estate investment of my life. Stay away - thats just my person experience (one I'd never wish on anyone else).

Investor beware - I invested in a Daly Partners commercial property and was told payback would be ~24 months. It's been 48 months and still no sale. Worst of all is that they've repeatedly botched the opportunity to sell the property (for a profit). I recommend looking for other commercial property investments.

Daly Partners is one of Seattle’s best property developers. As an investor, Jim Daly is the only developer I know to deliver or exceed the initially forecasted returns on every project we have done with him. Great job on The Prexy!
