Tasked with selling my parents' home after they passed. We needed to put the house on the market just as interest rates soared. I was quite concerned about finding a real estate agent and working with them remotely (I don’t live in SB). Some recommendations led to Dan Encell. I was not looking forward to the whole stressful process. I can confidently say that the whole process and experience was enormously better than I anticipated. His team is organized and professional. We made a plan, he helped recommend just the right amount of freshening up for the house and yard (but no major expenses). We made a plan and stuck to the timeline. Even in a down/sluggish market we got multiple offers. Dan was patient with questions, knowledgeable, and showed integrity in the way he handled all aspects of the negotiations and sale. He and his team were always available and responsive. He paid attention to detail and caught little issues before they became big issues. Above all, he was just a nice person to work with at such a busy time! A joy to work with.
