Honesty was the first thing I thought of Dan when I got off the phone with him. "Should I sell the house on my own or should I hire an agent?" was the first thing I asked him. His answers were direct, detailed, thorough and elaborate. His elegant way of providing me with his knowledge and expertise but letting me make the decision on what is best was the reason I signed up with him.

And I was not wrong ... from the moment I said yes Dan was on top of everything. He right away had beautiful pictures taken of the house and advertise the house coming up for sale. He carefully prepared the house to follow Covid rules and keep everyone safe. What a reliable guy!!!

As the sale process started I noticed how smooth the communication system was. He was on top of answering questions right away regardless of the importance of the question. He had my back on the offer when I asked for few things to be added. He was on my court playing on my side. And then he flooded me with paperwork to complete and sign per CA regulations on selling homes. I thought I could do this on my own? What was I thinking? What a relief that I hired him!!

The rest of the process was sleek. His team was great. Alice was the dream assistant always ready with the paperwork and filling in when needed. I value her expertise and knowledge and grateful for her support.
