I had met Danielle many years back at the local Health Club. I knew I wanted her to be my realtor as soon as I decided to sell. I had followed her Wiindermere Realtor posts on Facebook for quite some time prior to this, and noticed her dedication and enthusiasm for her business. In January of this year (24) I decided it was time to downsize and move from my 3200 sq ft 3 story home into something smaller on a single level while my health was still good knowing at 82 yrs old it was time. I decided that I would need to get a realtor on board so based on a recommendation my daughter got from her sister-in-law she and I interviewed Danielle. She impressed us with her presentation and answered all our questions so well that we did not interview anyone else. We interviewed Danielle in mid February 24 so as to put the home on the market by mid May.
The task appeared to me to be overwhelming getting 80 yrs of accumulation downsized so home could be shown. Danielle immediately setup deadlines and offered help all along the way. In order to relieve the load off me she recommended pre inspectors, a painter, stager, carpet cleaners and window washers and when each should complete their work to meet the deadline. If I couldn’t get some of them to call back she would jump into action and get them to respond. This go getter and can do attitude is what I greatly admired in Danielle. I would highly recommend Danielle as a realtor to anyone!
Danielle was very professional in all our dealings and aggressive in getting my home marketed and advertised. Her professional stagers did a great job brightening my house up and her photographer made my house shine with the various pictures and videos made. She was always immediate in her response to my texts and emails and yes I may have bothered her more than necessary sometimes but she would always give me good responses and encouragement if needed.
My home went on the market in late May 24 and even after having an offer after 15 days that eventually did not work out I closed at my asking price on July 30 with a few concessions. I was very happy!!
