I met Dante Belmonte at a real estate investor's meeting in 2019. We had a good discussion at the meeting and decided to meet for dinner to continue our discussion on real estate investing, a topic that both of us are passionate about.

When we met, I had been successfully investing in real estate (small multi-family properties) in Onondaga & Oswego counties since 2004 and was considering selling off some or all of my properties for various reasons. Beginning in 2020 and continuing into early 2023, Dante was instrumental in helping me sell nine of my properties (2-family to 6-family). With his assistance I was able to sell several of these properties off market with minimal impact to my tenants and several others were sold via the MLS. Before starting to sell off these properties I calculated what I believed was a “reasonable” sale price for each property based on its condition and cash flow. Thanks to Dante's help (and selling at a great time) I was able to exceed the amount that I thought was reasonable and hoped to receive through the sale of my properties.

In addition to all of the above, I have invested in two of Dante's real estate syndicates that are performing very well. These investments allow me to continue to have some of my money invested in real estate without the time commitment that my multi-family properties required.
