Each Tuesday Darla was diligent in updating us and answering any possible questions before we could even ask! She was always a phone call, email or text away. Darla treated us as if we were her only customers – which I knew we were not.

Who knew that 46 days after putting our home on the market, that Darla would be breaking all sorts of records with the sale of our home!!! Average days on market overall in Highland Lakes is 58 days – the average days on the market for the Luxury price point of $900K and over is 138 days…the average days on the market for the luxury price point for the entire zip code of 35242 in the last year is 163 days. How do we know these figures? – Our agent provided this data regularly throughout the process!

I am hesitant to share all the things Darla did to sell our home …her trade secrets… but I do realize that these are not trade secrets, this is just how she rolls! This is just who she genuinely is and this can’t be replicated. There is an old adage that says a “family that prays together, stays together” ... the Jones family has a different twist on this adage…”an agent that prays with you, now becomes family forever”!
