My fiance and I rented a condo in Solana Beach under DAS Property Management for over two years. Dave and Tim were always very responsive via email, text, and phone if we needed anything. They were very friendly towards both of us and were even flexible up to our move out date when we needed extra time to clean the unit. We would've loved to stay longer but it was time for us to purchase our own home. I would highly recommend DAS Property Management!

We are very pleased to share our wonderful experience, we loved very much renting/living in the great condo with 2 bedrooms, with area with the big pool & big jacuzzi and very clean, and most of the times just for yourself (it's very rare to find this luxury, we're missing it already), great silent peaceful time, with big balcony, birds sounds, and the most wonderfully-a great full ocean view, with downhill houses view, train view from far, sun & clouds view over the sparkling ocean, sunset view over the ocean, and moonlight view over the ocean, and stars, the nighttime is wonderful when moonlight and stars are visible.
Also, great luxury amenities, great garage, the place is wonderful along with the kind neighbors, we were having very lovely time living here for all this time, and you are all wonderful ! 🙂

DAS Property Management has been handling the leasing and management of a single family home that I inherited since 2007. I had never had to deal with owning an investment property and knew nothing about it. When I inherited the home I asked some friends of mine who have a couple of investment properties for a property management referral and they told me about Dave and DAS Property Management. I’m so glad to have gotten that referral all those years ago. Dave and Tim are so knowledgeable and do such a great job with the property. Having them in charge of it puts my mind completely at ease. They deal with everything from the accounting for my taxes to the maintenance. I rarely even think about the property and my proceeds checks are automatically deposited in my account like clockwork. I couldn’t imagine using anyone other than DAS Property Management for management of any kind of investment property in North San Diego County. Its so refreshing to deal with a family business who puts customer service ahead of everything these days. They are always accessible and are so hands on with my property. Having a company that you can trust is very important to me, and as I said before I am completely at ease with Dave and Tim taking care of my home.
