Update #2: sellers entered our house after our walkthrough. Porcelein sink was broken cracked in half, fireplace was left on low, all door keys were missing/ gone.

The seller left us furniture for "free" and apparently after the walk through took the slats out of the bed so i now have to pay to dispose of the furniture or buy new slats. Praying that this is the last incident from this transaction.

Spoken to a number of realtors here between all their good reviews and professionalism I recommend this firm to others

Five stars given on a bad review for those reasons though because i bought a house that was listed by this firm handled by lynn and let me say it was the worst professional experience of my life. From being rude my my husband at the initial open house to two months later making fun of me on a group email forwarded to all my peers that worked on this sale five minutes after closing.

The property was not prepared for sale. I was then made to jump through circus fire hoops with tight insane deadlines trying to meet all their (late) contingencies because of such. Was never asked once (to be fair by anyone in this process not just her) "What is a good day to close" I almost got fired from my job managing this transaction between advocating for myself to jumping through circus hoops that were on fire. Think cirque de soleil.

It got so bad that I had to actually retain an attorney just to ask this woman a question and I'm not being sarcastic. I literally knew that if an attorney asked her the question she would have to answer. she decided to use this opportunity to complain to my attorney about how I extended my option period two months prior meanwhile don't forget I'm getting clocked for this time so I had to literally pay my attorney for her to complain about me. I extended my option period- wanna know what my option period was? It Started friday night at midnight and ended monday at 5pm on memorial day while i was out of state !!!! I know it sounds made up but its true! We we extended it three days so i could inspect the property

Imagine up the rest cause i could go on for dayz.

I guess im sharing this because selling your home is a big deal and from what i learned a karmic one. The people buying your listing are helping your clients enrich their lives, getting them to the next step of their journey and its not just money, the people buying that house are actual human beings. It doesnt matter how many back up offers you may (or may not have) had to take that buyers place. There is only one person handing over the money and thats the person that matters to the transaction and to you know who up there.
