Timing is Everything! I had done the research and toured numerous apartments and condos in the Ashburn VA area, and had hopes of securing a place with some character. Dave was amazing! He helped me find a home to rent in 2021 and when I needed to move again this year, I knew he was the one to call. Dave was very patient with us and quick throughout the whole process. He went on several tours with us and when our situation changed, he was very understanding and flexible with us. I could not recommend Dave enough to other future home buyers or even renters. He made our first time buying a property easy to understand and asked questions we never knew to even think of. We bought a house far out of where he normally does business, and he was gracious enough to make the drive to help us out. We had consulted Dave before regarding finding a rental home, and his talents and communication were amazing. Dave was SO great! We gave him a list of our musts, definitely nots, and budget, and within an hour he sent us a list of potential properties - this list included the one we moved into! So over the course of about two days we found, toured, and signed for our new (rental) home. Dave was very prompt to respond and stayed on top of everything, he was extremely professional, also nice and friendly, and overall just a pleasure to work with! Highly highly recommend.
