Mr. Swartzbaugh is AWESOME at his profession. Not only Dave helped me sell my home but he also helped me purchase another.
For the sale of the home, Dave made small suggestions which helped improve the appeal of the home (paint color update, removal of wallpaper, etc.) once those changes were made, Dave hired a professional photographer to take good quality photos of my home and also had high quality brochures made. The house sold on the first open house showing mainly because of Dave's suggestions and efforts.
Then Dave helped me purchase another home, he never pressured me into making a decision even after a contract fell through due to radon presence. Dave was always punctual and when he another appointment, he would have his colleagues meet me to show the houses, I was interested in.
