This review is long overdue. Where do I start? Christine has been nothing short of AMAZING. We hired her after a very disappointing 6 month experience with a local, well known "big shot" agent that focused more on marketing himself than doing his best to represent us. He failed to sell our house in one of the best seller's market ever. We learned that even when market is crazy and homes sell like hotcakes your agent still needs to pick up the slack and do his/her job, treat you like you're the only client they have and do their best to represent YOU, not use your listing to just chase another client.
Christine was great from the moment we met her. Very honest, caring, straightforward, well organized, great presentation and marketing skills. She doesn't make promises she can't keep so many other people do only to get your listing. She won't try to convince you she's a magician that can sell your home for more than market can bear. She sets realistic goals and she goes out and works hard to exceed them. We hired her on the spot and she hit the ground running. Best decision ever! She has proven herself as an extremely hard working individual you can relay on and trust 100%.
Christine is one of those rare individuals that will have your best interest at heart, rather than just chasing her comission. She did everything right. From pictures, staging, putting together marketing package, setting the right starting price based on comps (don't trust people that want to list too low or too high), reaching out to agent community, hosting a very successful broker / public open house, negotiating our deal. Our home looked like it belonged in a magazine and we got so many praises from agents that saw our home being previously listed by the other agent.. People were shocked to see this amazing transformation. And so were we! I joked I no longer wanted to sell, our house looked like a dream! Her photographer and stager are first class professionals. Christine even brought her landscaper husband in to help us spruce up our front and back yard. She brought in cleaning crew to get house ready for showing. The end result was beyond all our expectations. We got two offers 2 days after we re-listed for almost $500k over asking price with no contingencies. We also got to stay in the house rent free beyond closing date so we could prepare to move as stress free as possible.
Christine was there for us every step of the way through this entire process. She kept us in the loop start to finish and was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We didn't have to worry about anything other than packing and moving. Closing was on time and went smooth.
Christine is definitely the best agent we've ever worked with (this wasn't our first real estate transaction) and is absolutely an amazing human being too. You're making a huge mistake if you don't hire her. She's a rare gem!

We used Christine Pini to sell our home in Aptos last summer and she was outstanding.
Before choosing a real estate agent, We conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Christine Pini stood out as the best Aptos has to offer: her organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on her site easily), the social media presence of the her team was strong, and I could tell she put a lot of work into her listings.
We spoke with Christine and then met with her at our home. She came VERY prepared and spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how long local listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Christine made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having the property staged by a pro, professional drone video and photographs taken, and a lot more.
When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.
Our house went under contract 4 days after we put it on the market (over the asking price). We accepted and Christine walked us through every step of the closing process, including having it cleaned for the new owners.
It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
I've recommended Christine to everyone I know. She’s a true professional and a nice person. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

My father hired Christine to sell his Aptos, California, townhouse last year, so I knew she must be outstanding because my dad was a meticulous man who demanded excellence. Having said that, she still managed to exceed my high expectations. She quickly justified my dad's choice by helping him make several judicious decisions in preparing the property for sale; unfortunately, he never got to see the fruition of all of Christine's savvy because he died just as the town home hit the market. Christine never missed a beat as she quickly helped me and my dad's two other heirs facilitate the transfer property's title to our names, but then steered us through a gauntlet that had to be navigated while we were all living some distance from the town home. Because the property hit the market at a slow time of the year, the process proved to be a bit like one of the many marathons that my dad ran during his life, and Christine was there every step of the way with us. She provided us sage advice, culminating in a sale that left all parties happy and satisfied. What's more, she made it all very easy for us, which was especially appreciated during our time of mourning.
