It was amazing to has David as our agent on the purchase of our first home in the Bay Area. From our initial meeting with him, he explained how he could help us, a first-time home buyer, to purchase a home with a low-down payment in a seriously competitive market.

My husband and I spent more than 6 months researching locations, home styles, and price ranges and David incredibly patient taking us around and answering questions while we learned what we wanted. He continually went above and beyond throughout the process, meeting us to tour homes on short notice, and providing recommendations for a trusted loan provider.

David always responded quickly and was quick to get information on a house we were interested in. With the help of David and the loan provider his recommended, we won the house we loved (our first Bay Area home) at a price we could afford with only low-down payment. After the close of Escrow, he has checked in to make sure our house was working. He even surprised us with a gift card (for us to purchase a refrigerator for our new home) and a gas dryer (we had electric dryer while our new home only has gas line for dryer).

More importantly, David has connections with the trades. If we need somebody to do anything for our house, David will have someone he trusted to come in. We know we can call him any time we need help finding ancillary people to do a million things that come up with being a homeowner. We would not hesitate to suggest him to our family, friends and colleagues. David is not just a great realtor, he is a genuinely nice, honest, hardworking and likable human being. He clearly loves what he does, and puts his all into every aspect of the engagement from first meeting to deal close.

We worked with David to purchase a home 6 months ago. Although he worked for the broker representing the seller, he was very trustworthy and professional in his dealings with the seller's agent, and worked hard to get a great deal for us as buyers.

Furthermore, he recommended a great contractor for us to work with on the remodel of the home. He stayed in-touch all through the remodel process, and was there to assist with the usual contractor 'ups and downs' that occurred along the way.

Talk about going above and beyond, David also assisted me to market my existing home for rent. We ultimately found great tenants and secured a very fair at-market monthly rental.

David came prepared on day one with information on what to look for in a house including inspections, market price, and home location and truly ensured we knew the ins and outs of what to do our due diligence on before putting in an offer.

When it came to the offer he never pushed anything on us, he wanted us to feel comfortable with our price and his negotiations to get us the home truly sealed the deal. Once we got the house he went above and beyond with helping us find a contractor for our fence, home flooring, who to call for movers, the guy is seriously a legend.
