We have recently moved in our new home in Oak Park at Pleasant Hill and are very happy with the new home. My wife and I would like to express our thanks to the sale’s manager Farzad Sahel and his team. From visiting the sites to moving in, Farzad has done great jobs to help us going through the processes. He is knowledgeable and diligent. He was always reachable and quickly responded our questions and requests. We like pre-build home so that we know how the home looks like when we live in. During the visit, Farzad provides lot detail information about houses. As a salesperson, his honesty and protectionism really helped us to make the purchase decision.
We also admire Superintendent Tim Mcpherson. He did walkthrough the house with us. He introduced house features clearly and patiently explained how the wires and boxes connected. This is the 2nd time we bought the new construction houses. We expected something need to be fixed and touched up. Whenever we found something need to be taken care, he always responds quickly and sent his staff in fix it.
We have been enjoyed our new Home so much. The surrounding areas are so clean and green. Shopping, Restaurants, Bart Station, Bus Station, and Walnut Creek downtown and Pleasant Hill Downtown are all just few miles away.

We moved in our new home at Oak Park in Pleasant Hill a month ago. While enjoying our new home, we are very thankful Davidon Home Sale’s Manager Farzad Sahel. If we wouldn’t meet him during visiting the sites, we might miss this beautiful new house. During our visiting, he toured us several homes and explained many home upgrades and advance features. We were not living in bay area and not familiar the area. His detail introduction gave us much knowledge about the area. We initially like several sites in the Oak Park Subdivision and finally narrow down the two. Farzad provided much information to help us to make the decision. We feel so lucky meeting him in our new home purchase. We really appreciating his help and want to give him a big Thumb up!!!

It is well designed and built house. We have enjoyed our new home so much and found surrounding areas are much better and nicer than we expected. The library, park and playground are cross the street. Safeway is in walking distance. Bart station, restaurants, Pleasant Hill Downtown, Walnut Creek Downtown and shopping are all within few miles. The trails near the subdivision are very impressive. They are paved and have lot trees. No matter morning, afternoon or evening, walking on the trails are very pleasant.

We had to wait over a year for our condo to be built. The customization options were good but timeline to select was narrow. The sales team were very good and responsive with updates and projected timeline. Now that we are in the condo, we are working through warranty items. Davidon has been responsive and they try to get things resolved quickly to owner satisfaction. The unit is not soundproof, we do not hear neighbor noise next to us or Hwy 24 but we do hear noise from the above unit: footsteps reverberate and furniture moving around is very noticeable. Hopefully, Davidon can correct this on our building, by using better and adequate insulation.

My experience with the purchase of my 1st ever new construction home was nothing short of amazing!! Judy Ann and her team was courteous and explained all the details of what to expect during the process. My home build experience was smooth and without any glitches. I love all of the standard details and layout designed by Davidon. Other friends that have recently purchased new construction homes with other builders were in awe of the features in my home. Again, wonderful experience and outstanding Builder!!

We recently moved into our new home at Oak Park. The whole experience, beginning from touring the model home through move-in has been a great example in top notch customer service.

The on-site sales manager Farzad and his support staff were of tremendous help. The house we loved was predesigned with several builder upgrades already included. Farzad did a great job making us comfortable with the processof buying a new construction and working closely with our real estate agent. Farzad even accommodated a few personal touches at the last minute. The construction wrapped up on schedule and the house was ready as planned. The construction supervisor, Andy was very patient and extremely detail oriented during initial orientation and final walk through. Farzad and Andy took away the stress of moving.

The house is well built with features that are very well thought out. The location is ideal, close to the freeway, schools, library and parks but you are still far enough to not hear the traffic. The open spaces around the community have been a delight. There is a huge park nearby to walk the dogs and also have an easy access to the EBMUD trail which connects to the Iron Horse Trail.

We are looking forward to enjoying our home and community with family, friends, and neighbors.

When it comes to buying a new home, I must say that Oakpark in Pleasant Hill by Davidon Homes makes the experience as smooth as possible. With many floorplan and design options to choose from, it’s hard to make a decision. The customer service reps and sales agents are so patient when you are trying to get the style and comfort you are looking for. With the heat waves that we have been having, it’s great to find some energy efficient options, that will help us to stay comfortable throughout the years to come. When you are shopping for a new home, you want a builder that you feel comfortable with and I can tell that this builder not only builds with pride, but almost makes you feel like you are fulfilling a dream by purchasing your forever home with them. They are very trustworthy and I would advise any one looking for a new home to give them a call first.
