From the time we met them until the sale closed...they were there every step of the way. We were trying to juggle a move to a different state far away and the sale of the home in Edmonds and they made that very easy for us. Chris and Kim are absolutely AMAZING! After months of searching for the perfect fit, we finally were able to find a great first home with their help. They will help you find the best house for you and also steer you away from any questionable decisions with their extensive knowledge and experience. They always had answers to all of our questions (or if they didn't, knew exactly who to ask!), knew exactly what to look for when touring the many homes we ended up touring, and always made time for us even on very short notice. No matter what craziness the housing market threw at us, I always felt like we had a guiding hand from them, keeping us on track and keeping us sane.
