Dawn and her team are amazing! We had our house on the market for 72 day over 30 showings and not one offer. It was time for a change so I reached out to Dawn and her team. After some discussion we decided to take a chance with Dawn as our new agent. This was a very difficult property to sale due to the neighbors. The guy across the street has like 10 cars. The entire driveway and backyard are full of cars. It looks like a junk yard. The person next to us kept parking in our driveway and grass as showings were going on. Plus they have chickens in the backyard in a residential neighborhood. It took a lot of effort to get the right person in our house. Everyone loved the house but hated the parking and neighbor situation. Dawn or someone from her team was at every single showing. When I spoke to her about 72sold program it sounded like something that would work for this particular situation. We said you have 7 days to get this house sold or we’re putting it back up for rent. Dawn was very confident she could rise to the occasion. We had an offer in 7 days! I was so excited and so happy that the program worked and we were able to get this done.
