Super happy customer! We needed tags and registration for our sons jeep. The DMV was packed the day prior and we went without having an appointment. DCA was opened on a Saturday! Chris had us in & out of there in less than 15 minutes! He shows attention to detail, great communication skills, and the smile made the experience even better than we expected.

This place is TERRIBLE Do not bother going here. It’s tripple the price of the DMV & he doesn’t get the job done. Horrible. I should have just went to the dmv myself bcus a yr later & I still don’t have MY TITLE BACK, Registration or a license plate (which I didn’t even need)! He told me the DMV rejected my title for whatever reason. He said they didn’t give my title back to him which is a flat out lie bcus I went to the dmv & called and they told me they NEVER keep any rejected title no matter what. They’re not allowed to keep it. Ever. They give it back if they don’t accept it. So, where’s my title is what I want to know? Or my registration card or the license plate I paid almost $200 for?! Hell I only paid 500 for the car. Plus I have a 2 yr old and really don’t have the time or money to go get another title for $100 from the dealership in KY…and he wouldn’t even give me another temporary tag after all this! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Just go to Teays Valley DMV. Have a good day!

Amanda and Chris are genuinely interested in helping people. They are kind and caring and when we ran into a small problem Chris really went out of his way to get us out of there in a great dependable vehicle.! I will recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car.
