Jerry and his management team at DCH were excellent. Jerry's knowledge of the F150 range of trucks was extensive and he was able to communicate his expertise in a way that made sense and was clear to us (this was our first F150 lease). We can't say enough about what a positive experience we had. We've had Teslas for the last several years so this was our first time having to actually shop and make a purchase at a dealership and it was a remarkably easy and seamless experience.

Took in my 2022 Mach E for service due to a recall they said the repair was going to take 1-2 days but ended up taking 5. As I have two young children and live 45 minutes away it was very difficult to coordinate childcare around their shifting estimates of when I could pick up the car. Finally they said it would be ready on Friday and I scheduled to pick it up at 3pm "to be safe" and sure enough when I arrived it still wasn't ready. Luckily the babysitter was able to stay later but given this to experience I will not be returning to this location.

He listened to my needs for a vehicle that has great carry capacity and good bang for buck and was able to recommend a fantastic priced newer model vehicle that suited all my needs. Went here to get a quote on 2024 Bronco, sales people were terrible and it ended with me walking out because of the unprofessional finance people. Don’t recommend this place. They are all playing games and will do and say anything to make you sign. Kevin the finance guy I worked with was super sleazy and make personal insults to my current car when I wouldn’t sign the deal.

I went to another dealership and got the 2024 Bronco I wanted with a payment that I felt comfortable with. AVOID THIS Dealership.

I recently purchased a truck from DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks. We made an appointment for a Saturday morning. Thomas was so friendly and easy to work with. We got to test drive the truck and fell in love with the truck. We had a great experience with Sam, the finance manager. We were able to make a deal and used our own credit union for the finance of the vehicle. Thanks 😊

Update: love how the manager says he would love to discuss the issue but refuses to respond to my emails or phone calls. This dealership is shady. He knows exactly what they did was wrong and I’m sure this isn’t the first time they’ve done this. Once again stay away.

This is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Doesn’t even deserve one star. I bought a used hybrid car last year. The car didn’t come with a charger so part of the deal was to include a charger with the sale. After I left the sales manager ghosted me (name was Thomas). I had to physically walk in there and demand I receive a charger weeks later. They spelt my name wrong AND got my address wrong. With my ID right in front of their face. Fast forward 6-7 months and now I’m trying to file my taxes and apparently the dealership took my clean vehicle tax credit. They’re refusing to give me the documentation showing where I opted to give that up. I also looked at the sales report and they marked up the sticker price on the vehicle so they could receive the highest rebate amount and in the end I got SCREWED. I would think that would be illegal but who knows. Stay away.

At first, I was very happy with this dealership. I went down there and got a brand new Mustang GT and dealt with Chad , Todd and others and everyone was great, but unfortunately, I was hit two months later and had to be in a total loss situation. Now several months later, my Gap has paid their portion and my insurance has paid their portion. I’m only waiting for the dealership to send canceled warranty check so I can close out the account and the dealership is playing games and dodging me. I have never been treated like this when it comes to dealing with a car. Now I have the hassle of contacting California consumer affairs , wish me luck
