This is my first time renting a property. Birmingham Home Leasing was superb to work with. I personally had Steven Dean. He was quick to answer every single question I had along the way. Every time I spoke with him either via email or phone, I got the answer and help I needed. I was very nervous about the process, but every single step of the way was made easy by Steven and his team. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience that I had and how comfortable I am with this company knowing that I will be taken care of if/when anything were to pop up. They have proven time and time again that I made a fantastic decision to acquire their services. They found the tenant a lot sooner than I expected. Larry is very knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient in explaining the process and answering any question I had. Whenever I call, Phyllis always responds promptly and in a very professional manner. I never experienced this kind of service with any of my other properties agencies. Birmingham Home Leasing is exceptional at what they do. Birmingham Home Leasing has been my Property Manager for 6+ years. They are definitely the best!! I researched & researched Property Managers at that time. Birmingham Home Leasing answered all my many questions & I made the decision to go with them Best decision I could have made!. When I was on a cruise they handled a tenant’s cracked stovetop. Last year when on vacation they gave me name of plumbing company to unstop tenants drain who immediately took care of their problem. Always responsive to my needs. Tenants are all well qualified.
