I worked with Dean and Crystal to sell my Dublin home and I couldn’t have been more pleased! I received multiple offers above list price within days of my house going on the market in large part to The Souza Team’s incredible work. Dean & Crystal helped me prepare my house and made everything very easy. They recommended improvements and got me bids. The estimates were very good and I didn’t even have to pay out of pocket. It took less than 2 weeks and they even brought in professional stagers, a house cleaner and professional photographer. Their marketing is top notch! For the service I received and the final price my house sold for I was very pleased with the commission they charged.
