Nowhere does Dedicated Property Mgmt. disclose that if you have ANY debt accrued in your credit report you will result in automatic denial even if it’s multiple applicants at a household. I know I owe the vet a couple grand for not fixing my dog and having to go to another vet for my dog to be living today, and what. Robbing people of $50 without disclosing automatic denial reasons beforehand is CRAZY work. Be forewarned if it’s not in the policy at least it’s on google reviews now. lmao
