Be very careful with the company that rents these apartments as they rent apartments in other areas. I was thinking of moving into these apartments for legal reasons so I asked to see them. I saw it and I did plan to move but unfortunately there were changes and I managed to do so and let them know. Unfortunately the first thing the company does is ask for a $500 deposit without signing a contract and they don't give you complete information. I paid it but there were changes in my problem so I decided to cancel the deposit and they gave me the bad news that the $500 dollars is not returned and they didn't tell me that and they didn't give me that information. Supposedly that information came on the receipt in very small print and I received the receipt the next day. They practically scam you out of your money or steal your money without saying anything. Also the apartments look very different in person.

Quiet little complex. Rooms are spacious and interior finishes are nice. Maintenance is very attentive and responds quickly. Managed very well!! Highly recommend if looking for an Apartment on the Eastside.

Horrible management. Area property manager Jill Hancock has no customer service skills or a care for tenants. She is rude, arguementative, condencending and hires incompetent employees who cannot do their job.
