DELCIE IS AN OUTSTANDING REALTOR!... my husband is Military and I was in our home state during his deployment when we decided to purchase a home! Delcie went above and beyond for us and we found a place in 2 weeks! We did most of the showings virtually... she was really responsive to all of my questions and she helped us from start to finish! When we sell and repurchase we will definitely use her again!! She was such a pleasure to work with and she maintains contact to make sure we are still doing ok! She's a wonderful person!! Delcie is amazing! Not only is she professional and knowledgeable - she is also very fun to be around which is important when you spend countless hours looking at houses with someone. Delcie asked all the right questions to determine what we were looking for and navigated through listings to pull what was the best fit for our family. She was always available to see houses (even on short notice) and efficiently managed our time.

On top of buying a new house, Delcie balanced selling our old house. After scheduling an open house, she sold our property in ONE WEEKEND!!

We found Delcie through our wonderful lender, Lisa. We reached out to her and from the start she was very professional and transparent about the market we were about to enter and the process. She asked for our wants and needs for our forever home. We were overseas at the start of the process and due to the time difference we would have video calls at all hours to schedule viewings and video chats while she was showing us potential homes. No matter the time difference or scheduling conflicts she would push for viewings on our behalf. Eventually we made it back to the states and met in person, and continued our search. At one point we were viewing up to 10 homes in one day due to scheduling conflicts on our end. The amount of homes we were outbid on was wild but she stuck it out with us the entire time. Through the good times and through the breakdowns of feeling like we would never find a home and have our off get chosen. We found our forever home because of Delcies positive attitude and professional dedication to us, not the crazy market or house. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a forever home, temporary home, investment property or other.
