My unit (E4) had 5 cracks running throughout the concrete floor. In the rain, this unit flooded (as well as the 5 adjoining units). The bypass drains down into the storage unit facility, making the situation even worse. Owners would not refund any storage fees and I lost thousands of dollars worth of belongings. What did they do? They helped me pull all of my belongings out of the unit and into the parking lot. They put a barn fan inside to dry out the unit. But that did not prevent it from flooding again which it did repeatedly. I lost a day of work because I had to sit with my belongings in the sun while they dried. Avoid this facility if you value your belongings.

Discrimination is the name of the game. They discriminate against service animals and make excuses. The do not fix things...... I have video proof anyone want to see look on facebook. Beware........ .
