Dena from the Drysdale team was our agent throughout the process of purchasing our home. She was always punctual, professional, and was very responsive to our questions throughout the entire process - when she promised to get information to us, she delivered. What I think is particularly refreshing about our interactions with Dena is that she was very frank and honest about properties. At no point did I feel she was trying to upsell a property or embellish its potential. She is also very connected to the local environment of craftsmen and service providers so when we did have a particular question about a property that she didn't feel like she could answer, she tapped into that network and got us quick responses which ended up being huge in terms of helping us make decisions. And during the entire closing process, she was responsive and supportive with any hiccups along the way being immediately addressed and corrected.
