Dennis is the best realtor! He helped us purchase our first home. He was amazing with explaining the whole buying process and negotiating on our behalf to get us a home we feel in love with. Dennis helped us with the purchase of our new home and then the sale of our previous home, which all took place in about a 3-month time frame. We are very happy with the outcomes of both transactions. Dennis was quite attentive to our new home needs and he regularly found homes to show us. Like many new home shoppers, we lost out on three offers we made, but Dennis persisted. He also showed us homes that we would select from Zillow to view. He was quite responsive and stayed in close touch with us about the offers and the market. We were very satisfied with negotiations on the home purchase and closed the deal in less than one month. Regarding the sale of our home, Dennis was organized, so when the several offers were made within two days of listing, Dennis reviewed them with us and helped us to select the strongest offer. Since the buyers were fully prepared to purchase, and our home was move-in ready, the transaction was able to be closed within three weeks!
