We took possession of a new build in December 2023. Somewhat anxious newbies to cross-border vacation home ownership, we knew we needed to find a team we could trust to care for our property while away. As some of the first residents on a street still under construction, we didn't have neighbours to turn to for word-of-mouth recommendations, but after some online sleuthing and a few in-person interviews, it was clear to us that Desert Concierge was the right fit for us. No big bureaucracy to navigate, but all the security of a well-backed and experienced property management team.

One year later, we've happily relaxed into desert life as Jessica, Ralph and their group of diligent staff take care of all our needs. With a quick text, every request -- from regular home checks to thorough cleaning, patio set ups and even an "uh-oh, we've had a package arrive early any chance you might stop by to bring it in?" -- has been met with a no fuss, easy and timely response.

To top it off, Jessica's keen eye, experience and knowledge of real estate have been an asset in identifying warranty issues requiring attention from our builder. She laughingly calls us one of her "picky Canadians" that she loves because she always welcomes the opportunity to improve upon and grow her services. Given the great attention to detail and personalized service we've come to rely on from Desert Concierge Inc., I'd argue that Jessica is the picky one - and that's exactly what these new desert home owners need!
