Beware when buying from Desert Lakes Realty was sold a house under false pretenses in February 2022 all contracts and paperwork says Colorado river construction completed the house but in reality the builder and the contractor are fighting on saying who did what on my house still Waiting for repairs to be done that were on the walk-through before we even purchased the house chip tile stain tile put in request with Arizona register of contractors and I know at least five neighbors on my street have put in complaints because of repairs not being done beware buyer
