My mom actually found Nicole. Nicole was going to show us a home that sold before we had a change to look at it. But I kept her contact info and in my months long search if I had anything I wanted to see, she or Jonathan would make time for me. I even utilized her husband's financing company (Power1 Financial) even though I had been pre-approved elsewhere. I felt like the whole family owned business was the best choice in the end. Nicole, Power1 and each of the people involved in the process were incredibly responsive, empathetic, reliable and above and beyond for my needs. I have a friend going through the same process in LA County and they are dealing with a large bank and incompetence and added frustration on the end of realtors. I see where the difference in greed or non-caring individuals can drive up the stress levels for someone's home buying experience, which is already stressful as it is.
