So I'm a current resident, from May 2018 to Now 2024 October. I was moved into a two bedroom one bathroom where my neighbors were hoarders and then after they left all their cockroaches have come over to my apartment, I have consistently been battling cockroaches for the past 6 years, with little help from management. then they moved a drug dealer next door, now that he's been evicted, they want me gone too. I haven't missed a rent payment until now. During the months of August and September are our slowest seasons for a massage therapist and as I walked into the office on October 2nd with 1750 in hand to pay rent, management would not accept it they had already sent me to collections. They wanted $3,744.95 . Now over the years during COVID I lived here and I made sure my rent was the first thing paid, I didn't have luxury items, I didn't go on fancy vacations, I didn't spend my money on frivolous things. I have two children to take care of so being a parent comes first. But if you miss one rent payment, just 1 month, you are sent to collections with an eviction notice on your door by the 20th. I will be happy to leave this place. All the other reviews make me laugh. Just recently have they put in the pet policy of picking up after your dog, and thank God for that finally. Desert Oasis apartments used to be covered in dog poop and trash. And even though people are finally picking up after their animals and putting their trash in the trash cans these apartments are still slums.

Desert Oasis apartments is a great place to live. I lived here back in 2009-2012 back when I was in high school with my parents . I enjoyed all of the commodities that they offered like the tennis court, gym and the pools. Unfortunately I had to move out of the valley but now that I returned, I came straight back to these apartments i been back 3 years. I love all the greenery throughout the apartments, there is plenty of trees that give of a lot of shade. It’s also quiet and peaceful. I Have had great experience with the management and staff here. Linda is quick to respond. Haven’t had any issues since moving back in. The maintenance crew is also quick to come and fix any issues.

Linda and Stacy are wonderful managers. This complex is beautiful. It has Apts from studios through 3 bedrooms. 2 pools, a gym, tennis court. I've lived here before for 8 years. Should of never left. Going back home. Thank you Linda and Stacy for letting me back home.

250 dollars in the trash my satin silk sheets stained with black dirt from the dryer in the laundry room i don’t know if the people that live here and wash there laundry are just really dirty with the way they wash their clothes or it could be that the dryer here sucks in general I pay to much here and for what a shitty dryer dog poop outside cockroaches these apartments in general suck READ REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING!!

Our entire family had the experience of housing our aging (and very difficult!) family member at this location for over 3 years; and only vacated the unit to put her in assisted living, not having anything to do with this apartment complex. In fact, quite the contrary: In that entire 3+ years, the office management took care of all our needs, quickly, efficiently, and graciously. Staci was always right on top of every need and situation, and handled things the first time ... so we could feel confident that this property was being managed in a very professional manner, and our family member always had their needs met . She was always upfront, honest, and helpful for the entire duration of our tenancy. We can definitely attest to the fact that Staci is an asset to Desert Oasis, because she gets things done. We truly are appreciative of our treatment at Desert Oasis, and in our experience, that level of satisfaction always comes back to ... the management ... always.

The Desert Oasis is such a fantastic place! The grounds are beautiful & clean. The management are really awesome! If something breaks, a lightbulb or etc they are so fast to fix it! I just moved here and am extremely happy and thankful to be living here!

I have lived here for seven years. I'd be lying if I said this complex has not gone through some tough times and I must also admit I have never been shy about pointing that fact out. However, I would also be lying if I didn't acknowledge the fact that at present the complex has never looked better. The grounds are clean, maintenance issues have been addressed promptly and the gardening is back on point (just like when there was rain and water!) Stacy, Linda and the rest of the staff have done an admiral job and deserve to be commended for it. (Delivery people still need a GPS locator. Hell, I've gotten lost in here!)

Should be zero stars! This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! These pools here in this apartment complex are always the most disgusting bacteria infested pools. Can’t even take my kids out for a pool day because of this. They want to keep raising our rent but then they can’t maintain the three pools that are supposed to be included with amenities here!
