Desiree and her team are outstanding. They helped me sell our home we had lived in for 27 years, that had a lot of deferred maintenance. Des and her team thoroughly assessed where we should invest to make the home shine, and handled all of the details, working with vendors, keep us informed, and tracking to our budget. That alone was a huge relief, and then our house sold for $200,000 over asking. Des knows the market exceedingly well, took the time to educate us on the home selling process, and negotiated and handled all the closing details. But wait, there's more. Des also helped me buy my next home. It's in a high fire risk area and she even helped me find an insurance broker. The whole buying process was also very smooth, and Des continues to check in, asking if I need anything. Finally, Des is just a very nice, honest person who made a stressful time really manageable. I really can't say enough about the whole experience and recommend her in a heartbeat.

Desiree and her team are the absolute best! They helped us each and every step of the way both selling and buying, from helping with a contractor for kitchen remodel and flooring, plus staging and otherwise preparing before we sold to showing us a million places and then all the inspections and other stuff before buying, they seriously became like our friends. Desiree is a pro's pro. I've known her for years and in addition to being extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the real estate spectrum she is highly integrity based. Recently Desiree put us in our forever home. There were a number of complexities to this particular deal and Desiree navigated all of the challenges while staying poised and keeping us informed every step of the way. This review is long overdue! Desiree and her team made what could be a very stressful event easy, every step of the way. Desiree and her team are amazing. They sold our home is less then a week for $200K OVER list. When we met Desiree for the fist time, we were impressed. She had done her market research, had a list price in mind, negotiation strategy, contract prepared, handymen on call, and home stagers at the ready! One week later, we were under contract. I can't say enough about the DB Team! Desiree was referred to me by a friend and boy that friend was on point! Desiree is professional, knowledgeable, and has a keen sense for the market. With only a few weeks notice, not only did Desiree have my home on the market, it also sold in just 1 weekend with 20 offers, most over asking. To add, her team is very responsive and communicates with you the whole time. They also walk you through the whole selling process, explaining each document or step as they go.
