Broke down right outside of Forrest City AR while headed to Hot Springs. I talked to Tj and he priced me which was fair especially having to haul back to Memphis.... he did everything he said. We were stranded in the dark on 40W. The police called in Diamond D to assist with getting the car to a place that could replace the battery. Fischer picked us up and was so kind and helpful. They replaced the battery and found the problem to actually be the alternator. Diamond D took the initiative and contacted a local mechanic. The car was fixed for a reasonable price and we were back on the road by 10am. Excellent customer service, kind and helpful! Highly recommended!
