Here’s the state of a unit after hiring cleaning services for two hours and then spending three hours washing the floors. Absolutely filthy. The property managers listed in their payment portal live over two hours away by car. The unit wasn’t checked before move in day, so everything was filthy. Extremely unprofessional and lazy beyond comprehension.

Paid almost thousand dollar, only includes trash. Should come with one garage per apartment, for no fee. One washer and dryer per building. But it is in a quiet neighborhood. Well insulated.

I live in Amity Apartments in West Bend and people seem to forget to leave a review here considering Diamond Property is in charge.
A 3 story building and the elevator loves to not be in service at times, for days long. We have handicapped people who live here. The blind and carpet in my apartment have got to be over 10 years old. The stairways in the building are an ugly sight to see and have been the same for the last 20+ years, could quite literally be lead paint too just cracking off the walls. And not to mention ive lived here in the past as a kid and now recently moved in a couple months ago and ive already had to have an "inspection" an "appraisal" and other stuff for them to come into my apartment 4 times within 2 months. No sense of privacy. Nothing but a below average experience and to think they can hype rent cost over the years with no upgrades at all.

Honestly this company is a joke as far as rental properties go, at least with the property they manage in Marshfield, Wi anyways. At the end of the day you’re nothing but a paycheck to them they don’t care about you or your home they just want your money end of story.

A big shout out to Diamond properties management LLC! They are easy to work with and are honest with their tenants. I recently rented a one bedroom apartment from them in Lake Mills, WI, but unfortunately I had to move out early, all I need to do is to go to the tenant portal and submit a vacate form. Then they went to work and soon found another tenant to take over the apartment from me. The transaction went very smoothly and they even returned 100% of the deposit to me. I appreciate their help and would recommend renting with them to anyone. The Lake Mills apartments are located at a very safe and quiet location and the regional manager Jennifer was very helpful. Lived here in a Mount Mary Apartment for a year. Didn’t like the Maintenance service had to call them several times, washer and Dryer hooked up in the basement was not working most of the time so had to go to the nearest Laundromat. We left the apartment more cleaner and nicer than we got when we first moved in still deducted huge money out of our deposit. Whole building smelled weeds/hemps all the time. We were eagerly waited for our lease to get over!! Think twice before signing lease with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute garbage owners. Complained for 4 years to get my bathroom exhaust fan fixed. Almost 2 years now and I still have a big hole in my bathroom ceiling that was never repaired after the upstairs apartment was leaking. Asked for over a year for two new bedroom doors. Garbage and trash all over outside around the buildings. Try to call the office for help and never get calls back. I would never recommend renting from this place.

Lived at Tamarack Trails for 1.5 years. Small but good for the price. When the property had a property manager, she was great, but then she left and they never replaced her. The regional manager was not the best. Maintenance guy was nice but he was the only worker- so when he was out with covid we had to argue with the manager to send someone to fix a loose wire that was sparking. But on the bright side, they fixed it. Overall, pretty good but may not be worth it if the prices keep going up.
