Worst management company out there. 00000 Stars is the accurate rating. Run far away from any community they manage. Property manager John Lubowitz is a liar with a Capital L. Lied about fixing the damage to our driveways from the contractor they hired. Refused to provide copies of the business liability insurance workers compensation policy and business license for the snow plow contractor. Lied to the Better Business Bureau. When I get done with them in court they will be out of business and hopefully in jail where they belong.
In response to your comment, as you can see I am not alone in my view of your company. The snow plow contractor did damage my driveway. I have it on video. I will see you in court! The photos tell the truth. The driveway was not at fault. You be the judge. Not once in any complaint has Diamond ever admitted the contractor damaged any property.

Both of the reviews already posted pretty much sum up how bad this "management" company is. They flat out refuse to provide homeowners in our development with an updated copy of their rules and regulations, and seem to make them up as it suits them. They refuse to do most of the upkeep/repairs that they are supposed to be responsible for, instead constantly telling the homeowners that it is our responsibility for just about everything (contrary to the original "offering" I was given when I purchased my home). The property "manager" is the most incompetent person I've ever dealt with, and the DRM office staff isn't much better. They will lie to you when it suits their purpose (I've caught them in several lies over the years), and then try to backpedal by making lame excuses. If you're thinking of buying a property managed by DRM, DON'T!!!! Run the other way!

Don't ever buy a property managed by this company. In only three months we have received numerous letters from this company along with friends in the same development about the aesthetics of our home which for some reason were ok when the house was purchased however now were not. We were then threatened with fines if we did not complete the repairs within 30 days. We read our policy and called and mailed Diamond about a window panel (we were told we needed to replace or face a fine) which was on the internal structure of our home and was essentially told too bad. I called them today and spoke with Debbie about the chemicals they sprayed on our lawn which were not dated on the signs as to when we could take our dog on our OWN lawn, and actual foam like substance was on our lawn which i preferred not to have and they essentially told me too bad, drive my dog and kids down the road to play because the common areas were sprayed as well because it keeps the area nicer. I asked if they could at least rotate a schedule to where not all the areas were not usable and i was flat out told no. These people could care less about the home owners and are only concerned with the petty fines they send out to the owners. I will be going door to door talking to neighbors in hopes that maybe with enough voices Diamond Realty might listen. if i could give this company negative stars i would have.

Joe's review is spot on. Never have I dealt with a ruder nor more incompetent company. This company looks for every way possible to try to make money at the expense of homeowners. They will try to claim that a bill for association fees was paid late no matter how much evidence there is to the contrary just so they can charge extra money. Complain about that and then they add fines for not treating the company with enough respect.

Diamond has been a helpful and professional community partner. The people leaving bad reviews all seem to have issues with living in HoA neighborhoods. If you want to live in a dilapidated property don't buy in an HoA neighborhood, its that simple.

I don't find it odd that the owners defend their business against scurrilous claims, any good business owner would do the same.

No stars to rate this group, but I have to put down at least one so I can post. I've been after this group for almost two weeks. They do not return my calls, and do not answer my e-mails. They then accuse me of not answering my phone. Why would I not answer my phone when I have a legitimate issue with my property In the meantime, I've had a problem go totally unresolved while paying dues for no service and note that I pay on time each and every month. This is an absolute disaster working with people that obviously know nothing about customer service or how to treat another human being with any element of respect. Do not use this group. Be forewarned.

I am shocked by the previous reviews. Joe Conlon has always been awesome. He has been respectful, pleasant, considerate and accommodating with any request I have had. The rest of the staff has always been wonderful and helpful. I haven't had one negative dealing with Diamond Realty Management

Incompetence abounds. DRM won't solve problems, won't return calls , won't manage the landscaping company properly. Back in the day this was a responsible company but those days are long gone.
